Rolex-Mails: Sending in the complaint

You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

Limitation of Liability:
rolex-mails.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or rolex-mails.com program, even if rolex-mails.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This was taken from the Rolex-Mails TOS. I am confused when reading this. According to this, I am responsible for reporting payment, but Rolex-Mails is not responsible for the loss of my money. This makes no sense, whatsoever!
I have decided to send Mr. Lallek an email, also. If you would like to send in a complaint, I advise that you do it in Polish. Apparently, Mr. Lallek is from Poland. (His email of from a Polish host.)
The email is sztos@go2.pl
I would like you to post your experiences here. If you get a reply please post it as a comment. Thanks!

I think these are 2 seperate things. The first is about you being responsible for reporting any income for your tax purposes and the second relates to Rolex saying they are not liable for any losses to you resulting from your relationship with them or something like that

The truth is whether he is Polish or not the people I know who have written to him have not received a reply. I accept the point about wrting to him in Polish but he is doing his business with you and I in English.

My guess is he is making quite a tidy income from selling advertising. I went to my Rolex inbox today for the first time in 3days I have 10 e-mails from what looks like 10 different sources who I assume have paid our friend a minimum if $300 for the pleasure of sending these mails out. I wonder if these people got their watches? Given that he is not paying out that is $3000 just from these people alone. Will he be declaring these earnings to the Polish IR????

No answer from Lallek, of course, but I found out a couple more things.

For example, the rolex-mails.com website seams to be hosted at getpaidsolutions.com. That appears to be an American web hoster.

I got that from the DNS servers:

ns1.getpaidsolutions.com. [69.93.165.2] [TTL=172800] [US]
ns2.getpaidsolutions.com. [69.93.165.7] [TTL=172800] [US]

(Again, public information from DNSStuff.com).

Should we try and contact them to try to shut down the site? Too drastic? And it wouldn´t get us paid... I´m open to any suggestions, guys.

Guys, I found a website that fights sites like rolex-mails.com (yes, I´ve accepted we are not going to get paid...).

Please, go to http://www.gptboycott.com/ and submit a complaint about rolex-mails. They need 10 legitimate complaints to consider the site for boycott.

Hi
No reply from Mr Lallek, either to me or my downline.

My smaller accounts seem to be working quite nicely at the moment. But Workmails, Aglogo, Earn4mail, 100Euromails and of course Rolex do seem to be living up to their tag of scam.

Does anyone else have any news?

unfortunally rolex- mails is a scam site.
Today morning I went to my rolex-mail account and nothing appear, there was no inbox link, no money earned no nothing, except the "new face" of the website

If you search "rolex mails" on Google
they will send you to a amazon.com page

I have lost almost 30 min of my life reading lies on internet (read as "rolex-mails")

Can we take revange of them?.An e-mail to the real Rolex company could be very helpful >=)
Greetings
and forgive my bad english :(

P.S: today it's my birthday ^^

I see Rolex has been suspended again, does anyone know if there is a way we can make this a permanent arrangement?

Hello
Still no news from our Polish friend- I am sorry to say. picking up on Debora's point of the 27th February- I think this is our only option, it is true we won't get paid- but we are not being paid now. However Mr Lallek has been paid and will continue to be for as long as his site is open.

So it seems to me that trying to get the site shut down at least causes him some inconvenience. Although if these sites are as lucrative as they appear to be for the owners I am sure he will open a new one.

That's it- I've had enough. Rolex, Workmails, 100Euromails, Earn4mails and when its suspension is finished Aglocomails they are all off the Christmas card list. (I'm sure they are having sleepless nights about that!!!). I have cancelled all of them. The whole thing was a waste of time and sending complaint e-mails is compounding the waste. I have recommended to my downline they stop as well. I am now going to focus on the smaller accounts that I know do pay. Whilst they don't credit you with the huge amounts that the likes of Rolex will. They pay when Rolex doesn't. Plus if you do the maths a network of 5-10 at each level is a reasonable amount each month.

Hello Friends,

I am really behind you guys, I suggest we sued and these companies be shut down permenently? I strongly believe that if carefully looked into those people with legitimate email address or websites, they are the people that are into hacking and identity thefts, tomorrow you hear all manners of credit card theft these are the people.

How can they have the boldness and guts to do such a thing online and people go there to sign in with personal details?

I would suggest we take a stronger step and I know the law would exposed them and they should explain what tricks is behind all these read and paid mails and never getting paid.

Hello friends

I think, we should try as much as we can to stop the abuse of good business strategies by fraudulent websites.

Thanks
